This high-quality, well-designed housing scheme consists of two L-shaped blocks containing 20 apartments and 5 townhouses which surround a communal parking and turning area.

Working with project architects Lincs Design Consultancy, our engineers provided structural and civil engineering design services for the masonry clad, timber frame structures which incorporated suspended ground floors and precast upper floors for sound and fire requirements.

We provided civil engineering design solutions to address the existing sewers on the site, easements and flood risk mitigation requirements.
