With a strong background spanning both pre-construction and construction phases, Michael combines technical design excellence with commercial insight to enhance cost efficiency, programme delivery, and buildability. He is committed to ensuring that building services strategies are practical, sustainable, and fully aligned with project objectives, from initial concept through to successful handover.
